This is Week #3 of our 4 week Zoom Town program, where we create a tiny town at home and then put it together on Zoom. You can jump in here, or start creating your Zoom Town from the beginning by watching the videos and Zoom Class recaps, and using the project sheets from previous weeks.

Parks and Rec Week is all about what our Zoom Towners like to do for fun. In this morning meeting, we will brainstorm together about how to make Zoom Town a fun place to live for our citizens!
Materials: Bring something… teeeeeeny tiny.
Skills: Putting on your thinking caps!
In this class we’ll make a book of designs for a fashion show, one of the many fun events of Zoom Town.
Materials: 2-3 sheets of plain paper, scissors, preferred drawing materials
Skills: folding paper, cutting paper, drawing, weaving with paper (you will learn this in the class!), drawing.
Come one, come all to the amazing Zoom Town Trylant Show! A Trylant Show is similar to a Talent Show, but where you and your Zoom Towner can try something new in front of friends and any try is appreciated by all!
Materials: Any material you need for your “try”lant
Skills: Applauding, congratulating, appreciating all tries!
One popular sport in Zoom Town is Zoomball. Since Zoom Towners are smaller than basket balls, they play with catapults, and try to shoot crumpled paper into trash cans or bowls, or as far as they can go across a room. Learn how to build a Zoomball Catapult in this video so you can play with your Zoom Towner!
Zoom Town has amazing buildings, businesses, homes, restaurants and markets! But we need more places to play and spend time outside!

You can also do this project live with Jane and other campers on Wednesday and show off your citizen’s style on the Zoom Town Runway.
A Trylant Show is an Alamander invention where instead of showing an audience a talent (something that you already know you are good at) you show something you are trying for the first time. And we celebrate all tries together!
